BlackBerry OS 10.3.1.1016 Autoloaders Available For All BlackBerry 10 Phones

Autoloaders for the new BlackBerry 10 OS leak 10.3.1.1016 have arrived. The OS was released for the Passport on the AT&T network (probably by accident). Those people that were running AT&T on their Passport were pleasantly surprised to see an OTA update. Now the 10.3.1.652 (OS 10.3.1.1016) is available as an autoloader for all BlackBerry 10 phones.
